Just watched four friends playtest my game, really fun & interesting to see them think about tactics. :) twitter.com/ezchili/status…

Sidetracked
My main project Spooked Jellyfish has been on hold for a while. Late January I felt the inspiration building up, so I went to thegamecrafter.com to check out their new parts. There I found they're having a map builder game design contest and I couldn't help but getting ideas. So, now I'm working on an entry for the contest with a deadline on March 1. The game is called A MAZE and I've gotten really far. At the moment I'm concentrating on playtesting, finishing the rules, tweaking and polishing.
Example of Play - On Being Wrong
Except the puppy analogy (wut?) - this was a really good read about game design, comparing it with science.

I'll go Office Space on my printer any second now
Time spent making a board game: brainstorming 10%, creating content 50%, playtesting 30%, fighting a printer 10%. #spookedjellyfish

Spelmarknad
Today I went to this newly started game market in Stockholm where people sell their own made games. I heard about it just in time, a few hours before they closed. It got me so inspired and I hope to be a part of it next year to show off my game!
Here's their site: spelmarknad.org It's in Swedish.
