The Game Crafter

The Game Crafter lets you create and publish your board game through their site. This is where I was hoping to release my game, but I'm not sure they have all the parts I need. The good things about it is that you can sell just one game since there's no need to order a bulk of games. From what I understand, you also keep the rights to your game.

Do you have experience of this site? Or do you know of any good alternatives?

  1. My own card game prototype was printed from there! I forgot if you've seen the video or not, but here's a link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zaLTlnTkAGY

Since my game is a card game, I can only comment on the cards, but I can at least say that the card quality is good. It's a bit thinner than Magic the Gathering cards, but still feels pretty nice to play with. With card sleeves, you can't tell a difference. As for print quality, the colors come out a bit darker, but that can be fixed with some color adjustments to your images. I forgot the exact method, but there's a forum post with details on that somewhere in the site's forums.
